I would definitely stay again! The staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was clean, modern, and superbly located. The shower was hot and the breakfast was delicious. I had to take off one star from facilities because one of two of the elevators wasn’t working and due to our Thanksgiving stay, we had a long wait and a crowded ride. The staff was friendly and kind
I stayed at this property while attending a conference. It was within walking distance to my destination, and met my needs as a single traveler. No frills, but the room was clean, which was all I really cared about. I would recommend this hotel.
Good location. To bad, Front Desk was not nice and I can say really rude.
Unfortunately the hotel looked dirty as you approached it and the carpets in the room were very dirty. The room was very small so if you are traveling with more than 1 large suitcase it's a struggle. On the other hand the staff were very friendly and responded to my complaint of us getting bit in the room by some sort of vugs with a thorough cleaning before we came back in the afternoon.
I liked the hotel but the a couple of the staff members were very rude and not courteous. We requested our room to be cleaned daily and was there for 4 days and it was NOT CLEANED AT ALL! We had to request bath towels and tissue daily and then wait several hours for them to wash towels
A Decent Value in Manhattan The Hilton Garden was about the only hotel in midtown Manhattan I could find that offered rooms with two queen sized beds at a reasonable rate. But the room was cramped, and the building had only two elevators to service over twenty floors, making for long waits to ride up or down. The room itself was clean but spartan -- minimal pillows and linens (some of which had outlived their useful lives) and not a sheet of note paper to be found anywhere in the room. Free wi-fi was a nice plus.
