Restaurant was closed. A little slow for guest service. Decent value and rooms were a little bigger than some comparable NYC rooms
Hilton Garden Average. Kind of average all-in all. Ended well but not a good start. Advertised valet parking but that was not true. parking is off site. Only a block and half away but still not super convenient. Check in your was great. The staff was very nice and helpful! The check in area is kind of small with a lot of people congregating in the area. They do have a small vending area with drinks and other possible needs. Stay 6 days. Quiet place. Friendly staff. Great amenities. A lot of places to eat walking distance. Near Times Square and Sparks Steak house.

The front desk clerk bamed Kate was so very kind, patient and helpful!
The staff is amazing!! So friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Elevator was working. The self parking was really easy, empty loading area at the front of the hotel for luggage drop off, indoor parking only 1 block away. 20min easy walk to Times Square or $10 cab ride. Quiet area with a great coffee place nearby, open early. Mini convenience store in the lobby, drinks/snacks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
It wasn't really unique but it was a good affordable place to stay in Midtown.
