When was clean and had air-conditioning that was very cold and a shower that was very hot that’s good enough for me

Exclente ubicacion y servicio El lugar muy centrico y confortable, muy amables en la atencion.
The water in the toilet kept running and call to the front desk twice to get it fix it took them 2 days to come fix it. When you check in they ask if you what your room to be cleaned and we stay yes we want maid service, we’ll we had to call because not never came to clean the room and we had been there 4 days by now they finally came on the 5th day. We won’t stay there again.
Very convenient location. Ean and comfortable. Staff very collegial and helpful
Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They did have mechanical issues with their elevators. Only one of the two was functional and it caused extended wait times, considering that the hotel is over 25 floors.
