Decent location, not a bad hotel. A little run-down, though. Elevators are slow: it's a big hotel, and there are only 2 elevators, which leads to long wait times.
The Hilton Midtown East was well-situated to use public transportation to tour the city sights and also easily found by cabs for coming back in the evening. With well-known delis around the corner (Ess-a-Bagel) and iconic sights within 10-20min walk, we enjoyed strolling out every morning on explorations.
Hôtel très propre super bien situé
Pros: Typical hotel. Room was clean, AC worked well. Front desk gave us bottled water each time we came in. Room had a microwave and small fridge. Cons: In room Keurig did not work, USB charger didn't work, restaurant was closed, walls were worn in hallways, 10 vacuum cleaners were lined up in the hallway one day, housekeeping cart was left in the room with the ice machine
Great stay! Clean room with comfortable bed. Highly recommend
It was a good stay but if you want housekeeping service, you have to call front desk and request it 24hrs in advance, and they don't tell you that. Also, they don't offer valet parking.
