Only one elevator was in service fort entire stay making wait times
Great location, however I've stayed in better quality Hilton Hotels. The rooms were somewhat dated.

The staff were very helpful and the location is great - I stayed for work The hotel is a little outdated but clean - bu the room is large for new york and if you get a room facing away from the street it is nice and quiet!
