Fair place for the price, good location, clean, staff could be more friendly.
Satisfactory, but disappointing We got to the hotel at 4; rooms are available at 3. Info taken, and asked to wait 5 minutes; offered a free item from the snack bar. After 15 minutes, a different person took info again, gave us a coupon for a free breakfast, but then wrote $20 on it. We got to our room and neither key worked. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights, and had to return to the desk to get our keys replaced three times! Annoying once you were on the 5th floor room. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn The gentleman who greeted us during the day was very attentive and friendly. Other than him the ladies at the desk were not helpful or friendly.
