Good hotel

The shampoo bottle was near empty and never replenished, the body lotion bottle was empty. Luckily we had a travel shampoo bottle and lotion with us. We have stayed in this hotel before and this never happened before.

Heater was not working. Newyork was colder than attic region..my room was extremely cold. They offered to switch me to another room the second night! Unimpressed by this particular hotel
Check in/Check out was very easy. Quickly dropped my bags off to go explore until my room was ready. The room is a great size. Much bigger than the rooms I've typically stayed at in NYC. Large bathroom with tub. The proximity to the subway station can't be beat. I also did two runs around the city, including the Brooklyn Bridge which is easy to get to. Plenty of coffee shops in the area, as well as food. Room was clean. Elevators are a little slow, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend.
Staff was great. Room was clean. Price was right. Perfect for what I needed.
