Great location in Tribeca -- near subway stops and next to great neighborhood. Only problem was the bed which cratered a bit to the middle.
The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The bed and room were very comfortable. The check-in process was a bit slow (rooms weren't entirely ready by 3pm). It was disappointing that the on-site restaurant was closed for renovations and I didn't find out about this until after I'd arrived. The breakfast bar with coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice touch though.
Great location and very clean. Property a bit run down in some areas and their restaurant was closed which was annoying given I got to the city late and had to find other places to eat (luckily there are many)

The only nice hotel in area
Great location. The subway is right there, restaurants are close and amazing shopping is walking distance. BUT, the listing mentioned there is onsite valet parking. There is not. The Hilton has a deal with a very secure parking garage around the corner that you must take your car to and pick it up from. With limited parking available in front of the hotel this was a bit of a pain, but not terrible.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was pitiful. Coffee was empty every morning. Restaurant closed. Would not stay there again.
