We loved our stay, they staff were great, we had a very comfortable room, the beds were top rate, very clean, good breakfast. Convenient loacation. Only negative was 1 elevator was broken, and dining area/restaurant wasnt open.
We have stayed here twice for trips that took us to lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's a lovely, simple, clean place with nice staff, nice rooms, right next to the subway, and in a cool neighborhood.
Convenient location next to metro and bus lines. Property in good condition. Good bedding. Good size room. Friendly staff. No annoying perfume smell in lobby. Overall a great value. Our goto hotel in nyc
