great value for the price
Tribeca Hotel for easy walking.. Nice Tribeca location to food, subway, One World Trade Center, etc.
Property was nice and convenient, noisy in the area. Does not have parking at all. Restaurant was closed, not a big deal, just convenience. Subway right outside. They need to fix their outside sign light, drove by at night and had to turn around.
The smell of the cleaning supplies was very strong and somewhat unpleasant, otherwise everything was great. Having a a large mini-fridge and microwave in the room was great, and the size of the room was much bigger than most NY hotel rooms. Staff were very nice.
Front desk staff were great. There was some construction going on and the restaurant was not open which were the only negatives.

Very very nice place to stay. Everything was clean! Would have been nice to someone help load my bags. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to know much about the area. Charged $6.53 for the bottled water in the room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Super friendly and helpful front desk. Room ready right on time, relaxed process and great start to our NYC weekend!
