I had been looking for a home for a few months. While looking at one home, I was informed that a home I looked a few months prior and four doors had come back on the market that day. Robbie helped me with pricing and informed me of what comparable homes were going for, insurance companies for that area and even a closing agent (who was equally fantastic to work with). If you can find someone who does better, use them, but I doubt you will!
My wife and I bought a single family home in Sea Pines in 2018 and Robbie represented us as a buyer-broker. Much of the transaction happened remotely, as we were living in Vermont at the time. Robbie and Jane were very professional and fantastic to work with.

We met Robbie and Jane several years ago, when we stopped in for information about the island. Robbie gave us a half-day tour, driving through each plantation and explaining the differences.
