Nice little printer at a good price I've had this for a couple of weeks now, and while I don't print a lot, it's so far, so good with this one. The setup was a little rough as it didn't automatically connect to my wifi like it was supposed to. I had to do it manually which was a lite tough using the tiny lcd screen and minimal buttons. But, I got through it and all is working well.
Used Amazon solicitation for set up. Made everything simple. Service offered recommended.

Buy this if you’re not worried about color Don’t know about tech support as I didn’t need any. This printer is AWSOME!!!
Simple set up, always ready to use. I love the simplicity of this printer. It also has wifi and I can "scan" a document with my phone and print it on the printer! Best of all, I am so tired of paying for all the color ink when I only need something to print a coupon, letter, or resume. This printer is perfect for my needs. It is also great for the lazy and un-attentive printer user. I just leave it on all the time and can print things instantly with no waiting for the heads to prime on warm up.
Great buy!!! I use it in my tax prep business as a backup because my other printer is 7 years old and noisy. I haven't used it much but the printing is excellent and installation was a breeze at an unbelievable price. So far, I love it.

Great price For the money I am satisfied with this. My only complaint is we keep it in the basement, and sometimes when I go to use it it says it is offline and I have to restart it. Would probably not do that if I brought it upstairs, but I like it out of the way. Otherwise it is fast, and the print is good. Easy to use, and turns off and on quickly when you do have to restart it. My old HP took forever to turn on and off, so I like this.
Worth the Price Love this printer!! Best purchase for my classroom!
