Cheap solid option This has been a solid printer aside from issues with it not waking up to print wireless. There’s a menu to turn off deep sleep and that seems to have solved the issue but little things can be time consuming to fix. Toner lasts a while and replacement is easy, and the two sided printing is a nice feature sometimes. Tough to beat it for the money, and I try to remember that before I unplug it and toss it- but this is a common problem with every printer.
Great printer as long as it's out of sight! OK, let's be real. This thing is U G L Y. I cannot understand why grey was the only available color option as it would be much less offensive in black. When my HP inkjet died, I decided to go with a laser printer to save money. I still think it was a good decision, but I will admit that I was horrified when I set this printer where my sleek black HP used to sit. It's obnoxious. Excellent Use laser printing for laser black and white transfers in encaustic, acrylic, water color, and ink painting. This printer does the job.
Easy Installation Great! finally happy with my printer.I have always bought HP ink jet printers. However my new Mac Mini was corrupted because I logged in to Parler and is not fixable ( I know because my son is a IT Systems Admin.) He recommended this wireless printer as my only option. I highly recommend this product. I hooked it up to my network and it worked right away.

Not bad Glad Brother has good Linux OS support, +1 on that. For some reason though, this printer kills my UPS if I plug it into the battery backup side, and weirdly modulates the current when plugged into the surge-only side. Strange. Any ideas on that?
Super easy wireless setup for Chromebook! Buy warrenty If you have a chromebook then this wireless printer is so easy to set up. I took the advice of a video I saw online and since I am already had a brother printer it was so seemless to setup. It took me seriously 7 minutes. If you want a no headache printer set up I highly recommend this printer! I previously purchased an HP - LaserJet Pro M15w Laser Printer - and I had to return it because I could not set it up and I was at it for hours. I love the brother laser printers ... read more
Great printer I am enjoying this printer. The print quality is very good. My only issue is at times I do see some black lines on the edge of my paper but nothing to make a big deal over as I bought it honestly to print coupons. I have had it for quite a few months now and have not needed to replace the ink which I love as my old printer needed ink almost every month. Sleep mode is nice as it stays quiet and isn’t always on. Wish I could say I picked this printer but my husband did but we really like it.
Great for what we needed With 5 people in the house we needed a dependable and fast printer that everyone could share and use on the fly. This fit the bill. Love the ease of setup and how we are able to print from any platform (MacBook, windows, iPhone, etc).
