Turn off Deep Sleep Mode and Set printer settings to continue mode! I bought this printer back in Feb 2020 (Had for about 6 months now) and was dealing with deep sleep mode since. It didn't bother my hubby but it bothered me haha! And i came back to the reviews and this kind person shared knowledge for everyone on fixing this! I highly recommend finding that post and following the directions given! Post is by woman named by: Winnie NG (should be top review!) Anyhow the printer works well for our needs :D

Great for school, great for quick prints. Good value. Yo this printer is really good. I’ve had a few tech issues but YouTube has solved almost every problem. I also haven’t changed the toner since I bought it a year ago. Really look up how to override the low toner function and get every drop out of that first toner cart. If you can get it to print even when it tells ya there isn’t toner, you’ll get a lot out of it. Also I dropped it slightly while moving furniture and it is just fine and dandy. Would recommend
Most important is that it works well. The only thing I disliked was the setup instructions. I found it fairly easily to do the actual hands-on portion of setting up the printer. Thereafter, it became difficult to follow do the printer set-up and troubleshooting. It was also difficult to find the correct phone number to call for assistance. OUTSTANDING TECH SUPPORT: live help over the phone for over 1 hour to setup. Wifi on Chromebook I love my Chromebook. I've had Chromebooks since 2014, but there aren't usually INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHROME OS whenever I try to do something besides using the internet. This is my first printer. Best printer I’ve ever owned. This is the printer you want to buy. With the pandemic turning our home into an office for two professionals and a classroom for two kids needing to print out near-constant worksheets and assignments, we have put this thing to. the. test. Hard to use I used brother printer 15 years ago, it was easy and simple to use; now with wireless, it is so complicated to use; It looks like Brother printers become worse and worse??

Great value Setup was easy right out of the box with my mac system. I like the front tray feature for running shipping labels without having to pull out the main tray..
