Works well, goes through toner a little faster than I thought it might - but I do use cheaper toner Very reliable, only requires rare rebooting (I don't use it a lot, so I figure it goes into "deep sleep" that requires rebooting).

Great network printer for phones and computers We got this so we could print quick, black-and-white-only from our phones and any other device on our home network. Quick set-up, air print works great, print quality is excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this printer. Know that it is NOT a scanner, and it ONLY prints B/W, so if you are looking for something that scans or does color, look elsewhere. Really happy with this purchase!
Best investment I have my own notary business and do very heavy printing. I originally had the 2340 model and it lasted 5 years! Just upgraded to the next model and am very impressed with this. Its quicker than the 2340 but same great quality of print. Its sturdy, compact and offers great features. I recommend this to everyone who has a small business. Works good when it works. I like the printer, good price and value. The only problem is letting it go into sleep mode; we couldn't wake it up! It gives us trouble the next time we want to send something to print. Had to reinstall drivers a couple times (on brother website), which worked ok, but it's time consuming and annoying. Now we shut the power off when we're done using it. This seemed to rectify the sleep mode problem.

Love this printer This printer is awesome!! Fast, quiet, easy to install (I am not tech savvy and figured it out in 10 min), prints are bright and perfect!
Use the cord to disable deep sleep and it’s a 6 year printer I bought this computer years ago and used it as a whole house printer and while the deep sleep function was made by morons once you figure out how to sidetrack it this thing is a long lasting printer. I am going on 5 1/2 years with my printer and it varies how much I print but I got the duplex extra print cartridge and I have yet to use the second one.
