Confusing Set Up and Bad Print Quality I haven’t had to use tech support so I gave it five stars but will be updating this review once I start using it more. I’m a bit scared as to how to change the toner cartridge. Haven’t had to change it yet but so far this is the most complicated printer I’ve had to use - from the setup to everything else. My inkjet printer was easier than this but the only down side was the ink cartridges were expensive. It also prints out a dark line on the side of the paper on the left hand side. From... read more
Great for school work Easy to set up and doesn’t take up much room. Haven’t had any problems at all. I love it!
Fast set up comes with toner Took about 45 mins to unpack and setup the wifi. I like it. Came with ink. Prints fast. Good size (see pics).
Printing from Two different iPhones and two different laptops was so easy Two different iPhones and two different laptops was so easy! We were fully expecting this to be a terrible experience. Yes the tiny one line LCD display was alarming because we thought we were going to have to scroll through numerous lines. However once we did look around quite a bit we found the password to the printer and then we were able to connect to TWO different phones and TWO different laptops so quickly after that. Very good quality at a reasonable price I have gone through many inkjet printers, before finally trying this monochrome laser printer, once they became affordable. I should have done this years ago, but back then they were spendy! I sometimes go months without printing, and with an inkjet, if you don't use it a lot, the ink injectors clog, and prints become very light, even after cleaning, and installing new cartridges.
