RecommendedThey always answer and direct me. I can call on a Monday and get my delivery the next day. I am aware of their delivery day in my area. All the guys are always polite. I always have them come to maintain my propane stove
We’ve been satisfied Hocon customers for over 15 years. Gina in customer service and John in maintenance at the Waterbury office have been very attentive to our needs, the most important of which is winter propane delivery. Our house in Oxford is on top of a steep 350 foot driveway, which can be challenging under inclement weather conditions. Year after year, HOCON has gone unmatched in offering the best price and has always maintained reliable on time deliveries, keeping my tank properly filled all year long.
