So far Hocon has been concerned with my needs and has gotten me hooked up in timely fashion. I hope they have called Osterman and told them to come get their tanks. I have called them several times and they haven't come yet. I would appreciate it if Hocon would help me with that, and call them.

When your dealing with gas, you really want to trust the person who is installing your equipment. Since I started with Hocon, I’ve had the same person return to my house several times as I continue converting. He has a wealth of knowledge, extremely polite and gives you all the basic information you need to feel at ease.
