Fourth time we have run out of propane despite being on ‘auto delivery’. Then hocon on does not properly fill/connect so we are again without fuel into the house, even though tank filled earlier today. Trying to call to get tech here to properly connect. Again… 4th time this has happened. Then they try to tack on emergency service fees. Again we are without fuel to heat or cook. This is ludicrous. On Sunday I woke up to having no heat, my propane heat system was installed this past spring by Hocon and I had more than enough propane in the tank. I called up first thing Monday morning and spoke to a woman, I told her I had two issues, one being I have no heat and two being a billing issue with my address. The woman said she would make sure the mechanic called me to set up time to come out and an office person would call me to get the billing situation figured out. My friend needed oil. Her husband died, she had NO oil, her house was freezing. She had to wait 3 days for delivery. This company sucks. Karma!
We ended our service with Holcon gas in September and asked them to removed the rented (and full) propane tank from our property. It is now almost February and it’s still sitting here. We call every month and ask for a pick up. It’s a liability and unfortunate they do not see any urgency picking it up.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced Called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, still no delivery Was told only deliver on Monday and Friday I'll be out of fuel Thursday morning No phone call , nothing Shopping asap for another company
Poor customer service and business practices. Also charged more than $7/gallon when they delivered because we have low utilization.
I’m never one to complain about anything but my experience this time has put me over the edge. About ever 3 years I would call to have my boiler and hot water heater serviced at my parents house. I always asked for the same tech who was actually a very polite, wonderful, and professional person. Since they in Norwalk he also did.
