Book the city view So make sure you ask for the city view because I didn't see that as an option when booking and our view was of a hotel across the street where there were people naked outside our window when we checked in. This is definitely not the fault of the hotel but just an FYI. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a convenient location to walk to all the major venues(Broadway theaters, Madison Square gardens), the staff were friendly. I liked that they gave bottles of water and chips at the front counter at no extra charge. The breakfast options were decent for a continental and the rooms were a decent doze for NYC. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice staff, breakfast, and room Room was much bigger than I was expecting based on prior stays in NYC. Clean, good condition with a little wear in bathroom. Blackout curtains helped with noise from street which was mostly sirens. Nice breakfast with attentive staff. Breakfast area was small for the size of the hotel. Damaged been done from the first day we arrived. We're Asian American any were given 4th floors rooms with ours room starting with number " 4 ", we Asians don't like number 4 because in Chinese means " Die or Death ". When i asked for changing the rooms, the front desk personnel told me its no way to change my room. I was quiet dissatisfied, disappointed but nothing i could do.
