The hotel was ok but the lifts are appalling in their frequency. The breakfast was ok and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is not situated in the most pleasant of areas.
Very well located property on 39th Street. Breakfast personnel were very dedicated and courteous. Extremely helpful. The only complaint is that the Hotel does not have a Business Center. After that, highly recommended.
Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gleich am ersten Abend liefen diverse kleine Tiere durch das Badezimmer. Der Spiegelrahmen war beschädigt. Bei dem aufgehängten Bild am Bett war der Glasrahmen gesplittert und auf dem Teppich möchte man wirklich nicht barfuß gehen. Der Frühstücksraum ist winzig. Wenn man ganz früh dort ist und das Hotel ist nicht ausgelastet klappt es, ansonsten viel Zeit mitbringen oder auf dem Zimmer essen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Personal war bemüht um die Gäste.
The location was very convenient for the conference I was attending. The view from the room was amazing. Check-in was easy. Bit of a surprise with the additional taxes charged on my final bill
