Generally the hotel was okay, the lifts were an issue at peak times of the day. Breakfast times were busy with limited room. The smell of weed was a big issues in and around the hotel and accross the city.
The location is convenient and good Elevators are crowded and difficult to ride The hair dryer was broken and I couldn't use it.
Once you get to the door, in the reception desk await bottled water which is great to have after walking around. Also, some chips to snack with. This gesture is appreciated.
It was regrettable that there was no fridge or microwave in the unit. Staff was great, but as is most of the area, the streets were under construction and it did not feel safe after dark and the smell of human bowel was strong all day. Breakfast was a good variety; however, each time i had the oatmeal I found a hair in it. Otherwise, as stated, the staff was great, kind, helpful, facility itself was clean. Once again the Holiday Inn Express provided a quality accommodation in an expensive city at a reasonable price. Staff were consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. The daily servicing if the room was excellent.
