Convenient location. Quiet room. Clean room. Facility could use an update, well worn but well kept regardless. Elevator service a nightmare in AM near checkout time, flee early. Great staff.
Not enough elevators, bedsheets were stained, lobby too small.
Hotel was ok to just lay your head down. Paid for city view and definitely didn’t get that. Staff was very nice though.
The staff was great when we had a problem and the breakfast was first rate. The staff that handled the breakfast did such a great job.
Where's the breakfast One reason I picked this hotel was for the continental breakfast which was very much a bust... the selection consisted of bananas apples, blueberry muffins, and honey buns.... along with coffee and tea. That is definitely not what i consider breakfast not even an offer of cereal, eggs or a bagel.... had to take my son out for breakfast both days... very much false advertisement
For a trusted brand like Holiday Inn, this place is really disappointing. The place is REALLY run down. Needs a complete makeover. Everything is old and dirty and looks 30 years old. The staff was mostly rude and unhelpful. It was good enough since I was busy doing things in the city, but I would stay somewhere else next time for a few dollars more. If you want a budget hotel then stay here, but don't expect much for your stay. I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.
