No todo es tan perfecto El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, sus desayunos son variados y muy completos su servicio al cliente es bueno aunque al llegar te piden un depósito que para mí gusto al hacer check out deberían de reembolsarlo al instante o al menos 24 hrs después llevo casi una semana y nada que me regresan los 300 usd que me retuvieron en mi cc porque cash no aceptan es bastante molesto estar con la incertidumbre en qué momento HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS me regresa mi dinero

Bucket listing Really good for the price. No issues. Comfortable and mostly clean. Courteous staff. Breakfast was decent. Staying an extra day!
Great experience
The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. What could be improved on is the facilities maintenance and the area around the property has a lot of garbage bags daily etc.
We arrived around midnight after a concert. Staff was super friendly and outgoing. Looked up my name and reservation, only took about 5 minutes! Didn’t catch their name, but certainly fit costumer friendly criteria. Would 10/10 recommend. Our room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean with towels and soaps.
Could have been a higher rating, but...... All Front Desk, Maid Service, and Breakfast personnel were both courteous and professional. However, two requests to Maintenance Staff (a burned out light bulb and defective room alarm clock) went unanswered and unresolved.
