Nice location but in need of complete renovation Hotel needs a major renovation. Shows a lot of wear and tear. Located close to Times Square but just outside the crushing crowds. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed by holiday crowd
It was awesome close to Time Square,clean and good breakfast.
Continental breakfast was better than most. Convenient, and staff were excellent especially the front desk person, I believe his name was Orlando.
Thank you for the care you provided during our visit. The staff was helpful considerate and quick!
