Location is great and price was affordable!
Great Hotel for the Prioce The Holiday Inn express was perfect for our needs. The staff--particularly Touria and Eddie (?)--are knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. The room is small, but that's New York. Everything was as expected, and the location is terrific. Be forewarned--there's another Holiday Inn very close by, and people can be confused about which hotel to go to. My only gripe: the hotel is oversubscribed, and you really feel it at breakfast. Near everything in Times Square. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was convenient for where I wanted to visit. It could do with being refurbished, as it was tired looking. The hot water for the shower was a bit temperamental. As there were only 2 lifts serving over 30 floors, it took forever for one to arrive and when it did it was usually jammed full with more than the recommended 6 people. The staff, however, were polite and attentive.
