Location: Convenient as it is near Port Authority Bus Terminal which makes it easy access to transportation. There are many restaurants (especially pizza) nearby as it is near the Times Square area and Theater District. Hotel condition: The room is in good condition, not flawless but not shabby either. It is rather a small hotel, with 5-6 rooms in each floor. Using the elevator can be challenging especially during rush hours (i.e. check out times). Overall the hotel was in good condition.
