This place was so nice! The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Super close to a lot of things, we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms don’t have the best lighting but that is really my only complaint. Definitely will stay here again!
Amenidades Foi ótimo! Nosso quarto estava pronto qdo chegamos, assim conseguimos entrar antes das 11hs, deram garrafa de água e Lays como cortesia. Nos deixaram fazer late checkout, ficaram com nossas malas até 15hs. Fica a uma quadra do Port Authority, excelente pra quem vem e vai de metrô Linha E ou A do e para o JFK. Fácil acesso ao Edge, Vessel, Highline e outros pontos. Café da manhã padrão dos USA, um pouco cheio, mas já sabia pelos comentários. Quase todos os dias tinham cookies à tarde na recepção. Very supportive staff.
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. However, the decor is a bit dated, and there are only 2 elevators, so trying to leave in the morning was a bit crowded and a long wait.
Godt ophold. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Fra ankomst blev vi taget godt imod af især Touria, som altid møder en med et smil. Til morgenmad var Anna utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsom med det man skulle bruge. Hotellet ligger centralt. Er af ældre dato, men super fint til en storby ferie.
