I liked the location and coziness.
Great location, clean property The staff is helpful and the runs are very clean. Location is great, have stayed here before and would again.
Average Average- stay was fine. View from room was neat. Small elevator and morning rush time was so busy- we took 25 flights down by steps. Mirror in bathroom was peeled- but room was clean. Door to room was hard to shut. Just sort of an economy stay. Coffee in room, microwave in lobby. Just felt like a tired NYC hotel- other HIE are much better than this one.
