First time here and everything was so nice. Close walk to Madison square, central park, lots of places to eat. Staff very attentive our ac/heater was not working ad it got fixed quickly. Thank you all for the experience.

This hotel was nice front staff was very helpful. The rooms were small but clean. The location is within walking distance to time square and all the shopping. Would stay again
They double charged me and left me hanging about if and when I would be reimbursed. the bed was horrible the air conditioning was broke . My room key had to be reset 10 times . NYC was cool but bad experience in general because I feel like I have been scammed. 316.21 may not seem like a lot to many but that’s the money they took/double charged me which I was planning on using to get home . Ótima localização, perto da Times Square e outras dezenas de pontos turísticos, estação de metrô, ônibus etc. Ótima limpeza, café da manhã, só pediria que colocassem mais frutas (tinha só maçã e banana). Atendimento excelente.
