It was fine , the 2 elevators , line and the waiting for the elevator
The hotel was clean and convenient, elevators were a little bit of a hassle with long wait times. Otherwise a great place to stay for a short trip
This is a great place to stay if you want a quick walk to Times Square! I thought the area felt safe and had some good cafes around the hotel. There is a 7/11 right down the block if you need something quick. The staff were very accommodating and nice!
We are from Fort Worth Texas and everything was lovely in New York at this hotel!!
