Great visit, would return! We were very impressed with our overall visit to this HIE. Prior to our stay I received texts from the concierge asking if I had any special requests or questions. She responded to all my questions and even told me the best subway stop closest to the hotel. We were able to check into one of our two rooms early, which was a pleasant surprise.
