The only issue was a dog barking in the room next door. Also, the elevator broke.
The property shown was different compared to what actually meant alike but the staff was really helpful and nice.
Camera piccola ed arredamento vecchio. Due soli ascensori per più di 30 piani, per cui molto da aspettare. Condizionatore in camera (per il riscaldamento) molto rumoroso, da tenere spento di notte ed allora viene freddo in camera. Buona la posizione. In reception sempre disponibili bottigliette di acqua
As far as the property goes, it's location is quite convenient. The first concierge that greeted us, Turia, was very personable and helpful. The night concierge, William, was quite the opposite. Our hotel room telephone did not work and he was not helpful at all as we needed to make a phone call and he did not give us access to a working phone nor could we use the phone in the lobby. Also our bathroom fan was not working which made it very hot and steamy after all of us, there were four in the room, would take a shower.
