William at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel staff were very hard workers and hospitable

Had a great stay. Close to subway. Complimentary water.
The hotel was fine, but thats about it. It was outdated, the hair dryer in the bathroom broke during the trip and the elevator. The rooms were not soundproof as advertised. Otherwise it was a fine hotel, a bit more expensive than its worth though.
