Breakfast staff was GREAT! The elevator situation was HORRIBLE. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator to have room for us to get down to breakfast. After waiting that long, we walked down 28 flights of stairs! And we paid extra to have an upper level room. I hated having to plan our breakfast timing around the elevator. And we didn't dare go back up to our room after breakfast, for fear of trying to get back down again. I have issues with my knees, and my legs hurt the rest of the day, which sucks when you're walking around ... read more
