Excelent location, near from many stores, restaurants and dinning places, near from the subway and a few blocks from Times Square. The hotel includes breakfast and the room was clean and confortable.
Hôtel simple, propre, superbement situé proche de beaucoup d’attractions. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace.
Could have more lifts.
Deven, the concierge was amazing! Always super friendly and helpful, kudos to him! The only downside is that the room didn't have a mini fridge :( .
Great location!!! A few blocks away from Subway and easy to mover downtown and uptown, east and West. Highly recommend! Great staff, good breadfast.
On Monday the elevator was delayed. We use the stairs from the floor 17
The only complaint is the elevators so small of a Capacity for the amount of guest, they host. Deven at the front desk is an amazing man! Extremely helpful And courteous and very knowledgeable! The staff that does the breakfast and cleaning and cooking or exceptionally nice as well. Overall experience was great. I will definitely come back and stay there.
