Very dated - front staff not to helpful or friendly. Had to ask for refrigerator 3 times and finally got one the day before we left. Room was OK - very limited amenities....

Uno de los días el elevador no funcionaba. Me asignaron habitación pero no funcionaba la cerradura, me tuvieron que cambiar. El desayuno está muy bien, el cuarto cómodo, el personal es muy amable y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.
Liked the staff mostly. Would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room. It was expensive a fridge seems like a reasonable basic amenity.
The property was close and walking distance to everything. It was clean and the space was giving. Room service had fresh towels daily. However, the door was left unhinged and open for anyone. They also had the AC workers coming into the rooms.
It was fine. Good location.
