Typical New York accommodations Typical New York accommodations meaning that the room was cramped. Located a few blocks from Times Square and on a not so busy street. No microwave in the room and bad TV reception.
They politely held my bags before I was able to check in for a few hours so I could walk around the city. They provided multiple nice bottles of nice Dove soap in the bathroom & we got a cute little goodie bag when we checked in as well. Very close to Times Square & very worth it. (The water pressure in the shower also impressed me)
Great location.
Even allowing for the fact that NYC is a much friendlier town than it usually gets credit for, the staff here were a delight to deal with. The only real change I'd make is one I'd also make to a number of other hotels in the area, which is to add a few more elevators.

Small room but otherwise very nice!
It was a very convenient place to stay especially with accessibility to subways. It’s a walking distance to Times Square who i really loved coz i spent most of my evenings at Times Square and i didn’t have to worry about a taxi or Uber. Very safe place and the staff were very friendly
