Long waiting times for elevators - only 2 but one was down! Staff was very friendly!!
The staff was always very helpful and the breakfast was always a great start of the day. Rooms are a bit small and there are only 2 elevators for 36 floors, but wasn’t bad for the price and we were always within walking distance of everything around Time Square.
