1/10 would not recommend staying here. The hotel did not honor my room stay that was selected at the time of the booking. I selected a king suite with a pull out couch due to there being 3 people staying in the room. When we arrived at check in we were given a king room with no couch. I went with my husband and our 13 year old daughter and I am currently 7 months pregnant, the stay was horrible and my husband was given 2 ripped comforters to sleep on the floor due to the room we ORIGINALLY PURCHASED being unavailable to us. ... read more

Disappointing Toilet was broken.
Ihg fail Bed, hard as a rock. You need to request for the safe and/or fridge under the special request. It is not a staple of the room. The elevators are slow and the room outlets are dated, not secured, and not all working.No usb ports. The bathroom could have been designed better in regards to the placement of the toilet and soap dispenser.Shower/tub combo is VERY old school that I had to teach my SO how to use it to work the shower. It was not up to par with any other Holiday inn I have ever stayed at. I would never go back here. Room was dirty. Stains that looked like blood on the curtains facing in. Roaches crawling up the wall as soon as we walked in. Placed our belongings in dresser to hopefully keep bugs out. Had to sleep by placing a blanket from my suitcase on the bed. If I was to come to Newyork again I definitely would be interested in staying here again. The tv didn’t work properly. It was in a nice place and all the staff were very nice.
