Evita este hotel, mucho mejores opciones en la zona a precios igual de competitivos. El servicio del personal TERRIBLE, lento, poco amables. Las instalaciones están viejas y muy mal mantenidas por lo que en varios lados el hotel parece sucio. El día de mi checkout solicité un recibo y me dijeron que como reservé por Booking, sería Booking quien debería de dármelo, sigo esperand el recibo para justificar el gasto. Will not visit again The management is not professional, take the reservation online via booking.com even they don’t have rooms available. After reaching hotel, they informed us that there are no rooms available, but did not cancel the reservation and processing refund. I am holding property and booking.com both responsible in this case. Booking.com is also not answering us properly and processing refund.
When I got there there was no room ! Please send me credit

Mala atención El personal de recepción poco amable. Me hicieron check in y yo estaba durmiendo y vino el personal del hotel a abrirme la habitacion, porque se la asignaron a otros huespedes. A su vez, me empezaron a llamar y cortarme la electricidad de la habitacion varias veces, para que vaya a recepción a hacer el checkin nuevamente porque se habian equivocado. Nunca me pidieron disculpas. Parte de la iluminación de la habitacion no funcionaba. La ubicacion
This is the worst hotel service I’ve ever had in my life The employees at this hotel are brain dead. I booked a room a month in advance. Their computer system crashed during my check in and it took the front desk worker over 3 hours to get me into a room. It was not the room I booked (it was smaller) The next day a different front desk worker told me he’d get me back into my original room later that day and to leave my bags at the front desk. Sad. The room was a joke. Every wall had a large stain running down. Each wall had wall paper peeling, there was 2 hair scrunchys stuffed in our bed. The light didn’t work. The bathroom was jokingly small. The pictures are so mis leading. Over all stay 2/10 will never book with an IHG hotel. Proximity to the tunnel
