Food is good. Comfort is bad It does not have enough space for even two persons. Lift is damn slow and struck once at lat night. Friends helped me to come out. No proper air circulation in lobby and lift

Bad management not a safe place They charge me twice and claimed I wasn't on they system eventhough they gave keys for the room. Noone willing to give me back my money because I wasn't on the system. .Manager too bz to talk to me Worst experience ever. Will never attend this place. I don't even know how or when will I get back this double charges. Somewhat clean
Besides that the staff was wonderful There is a miscommunication between the parking garage and block down. They say they are going to valid the parking but then they do not. They charge me $100 and then the hotel also told me that they were validated but it wasn’t done so I guess there’s a miscommunication between the hotel and the parking garage Location and clean
Disappointing No refrigerator. Room is extremely small. Pancake machine did not work and breakfast was limited in options. Biggest complaint was the elevator. Only two elevators serviced the entire 27 floors and in the morning or evening, you would end up waiting 5-10min for the elevator to arrive after servicing multiple floors or being full by the time it reached your floor roof didn’t leak. facility was clean. AC worked well.
It could have been the perfect stay if not for the lock situation. The door to my room did not lock behind me the at check in. This made me really uneasy as my belongings were left unlocked and as a woman traveling solo. The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and accommodating.
Bad Aftet 14hours of travel the Holiday Inn receptionist told us that they were full. We booked this stay in advance and paid in full the day of the booking. We had to walk 2miles with our luggage (they did not offer us transport and did not advise us). At the new Hotel they told us to go back to Holiday Inn the next morning for breakfast. What a disappointment, I took time to look for the perfect area to stay and to book a place that also serves breakfast.
