Overpriced, cramped and tatty The hotel was dirty, tatty, cramped, with bad smell, the room was next to the underground service area. I would not recommend it.
Pésimo servicio y no respetan reservaciones Llegamos a la 1 am un día antes avisamos que llegaríamos después de las 12 de la noche para que nos respetaran la reservación que ya estaba pagada. Éramos dos adultos dos niños. Cuando llegaron nos dijeron que no nos había asignado habitación y que el hotel estaba lleno total. Trataron de enviarnos a otro y tampoco había disponibilidad. The property is in need of major plumbing work as we had to call for the maintenance guy who was a really nice guy to come to our room to fix the toilet a couple time a day. Rooms are really small and hardly any walking space for more than 2 occupants. The location is in walking distance to Time Square if it’s something you are looking for.
