O gerente Richard Berry foi muito grosseiro, rude e agressivo no checkout se recusando à colocar tickets de identificação para nossa malas e mochilas como estava sendo feito para todos que estavam deixando malas no guarda volumes. Foi apenas após a atendente portuguesa Ana, senhora atenciosa e gentil sair que ele foi desagradável e impediu outro funcionário de nos atender.
I purchased through Expedia. Paid for parking and an upper floor. Arrived at hotel and they have no parking. I was instructed to park three blocks away. Had to drag my luggage three blocks to and from the hotel. Walking back to the hotel, passed by two other parking lots that were cheaper than where Holiday Inn informed me to park. Upon check-in, the employee told us that the water in the fridge was not free, but for sale. But, we noticed everyone else was taking the water bottles freely. Next day, another employee even let us take them freely too. How strange that the first employee told us that it had to be paid for. The towels initially set in our room were dirty. When we asked for more towels, the new ones were dirty too with a brown stain on it... The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The sheets had stains on them and even found eyelashes from whoever was there before. I replenished my towels twice and they were always dirty...ended up using the couple of towels I brought to shower during my week long stay. The breakfast was also super crowded, people pushing and shoving. In addition, the breakfast was very barebones and tasted gross. Only ate their once and that was it.
