隔音非常不好
Bad service Arrived at 3pm, room was not ready and had to wait for another 20 minutes. Phone is not working in the room. First night, out of soap and went down to reception and asked for it. After waited for an hour still nobody came. Went down to reception again, not helpful and no soap given. We decided to go to convenience store at late night to buy a soap.
Mala experiencia en ma reserva No me gustó que se canceló la reservación por un error en el metodo de pago. A pesar de que en el correo que se notificó el error venia que teniamos 24 hrs para hablar con el hotel, dentro de esas 24 hrs fue que llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que ellos no eran responsables y a pesar de que aun no se cumplia el lapso de 24 hrs, nos cancelaron la rsv y por ende alguien más tomó ese booking por lo que nos quedamos sin la reserva original. no fridge or microwave in room. Room service nonexistent - they were always short staffed. Had to call front desk 3-5 times before someone answered. Dirty telephone whose speaker didn't work. Dirty ironing board - had to iron clothes on bed. Bath towels were old, small and thin - could've been dirty too but hard to tell. Staff at front desk were friendly. Unlimited water bottles which was nice.
The elevator wasn't working, one employee was sitting there staring at the wall letting the hotel phone ring, another one was on his phone, a different hotel patron that had been waiting for the elevator with us when we finally decided it wasn't coming down to us let one of the employees know the elevator seemed to be stuck and he said "oh s**t" and left the building?"
