the staff was super nice, very professional, and attentive, Thank you, the rooms are small but it is expected in NY, good breakfast but the dining area was very small, and we had a hard time finding a spot to seat for our entire stay. we had a major problem with the Card key, each time we must have tried anywhere between 5-20 times to open the door. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was in a terrible condition, especially the bathtub. The bedsheets were old and dirty - some had bloodstains. The staff seemed unsympathetic to the issue.

Smelly awful room. The room smelled of mildew and sweat. I ran an exhaust fan and kept a window open for most of the 2 days but it didn’t change much. Clearly the smell s baked into the carpets and fabrics, all of which need to be changed. There was substantial visible water damage at the base rig the furniture in the room so there had clearly been a flood at some time.

Very Displeased. Very Unfriendly Staff Definitely not so good 1. Hotel gave parking rate and valet. Sign outside of hotel says Valet Parking. Well, there wasn’t. Had to park down the street and do it in pouring down rain!! 2. Requested adjoining rooms and 1 with a refrigerator. They wee not so person at front desk said none available until my daughter and I said unacceptable and we had a baby. She then found 2 rooms near each other. 3.
