This hotel was terrible for the price I had to pay to stay there. Not sure about other rooms by my room was horrid. Room door had a crack in it and wasnt permanently shut. It locked but questionable. Bathroom was a disaster. Lipstick on the floor and on the door. Towels were no longer white-more like yellow. Toilet was not clean. Bathtub did not drain well/normal. Absolutely do not spend $350/night to stay here. The rooms are tiny and loud. We were not told there was construction happening right outside of our window the first morning and the second morning we were woken up early one of the many jammed doors this place seems to have. The single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Friendly staff but they could not do anything about the excessive noise late into the night from construction work. The noise was loud even with windows closed. We should have known in advance
When we first got to the property, they gave us keys to a room that someone was already occupying. They told us they were "upgrading our room" and gave us a new room. This room was missing a shower door that lead directly into the bedroom so I might as well have been showering with my entire family. This room also had no fire detector in it which I asked for one to be placed in the room immediately. This took a while before it was actually done as well. Terrible Cleaning was terrible she did not even change the towel And I order a buttle of water the front desk said we ran out of water I would not recommend this hotel.
The good: Staff was responsive and attentive and hotel also is centrally located. Sadly, that’s it. The bad: the room was easily the noisiest I have ever stayed. And that noise was all internal, coming either from guests, the whirring of the elevator or from the old noisy air conditioning unit.
The street to the hotel is poorly kept. They offer off site parking but it took 4 different addresses to get the correct location of the lot only for it to be closed. Assuming that was the correct address. Front desk was not very helpful.
