Nice hotel convenient to the train station. We took train from SC and was an easy walk to property. Easy walk to Madison square garden and Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel for 6 nights. The staff were amazing—super friendly and always eager to help, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect, with many places within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the area. The only downsides were the thin walls and the comedor (dining area). It was extremely small, and during my entire stay, I only managed to find a place to sit once. Good breakfast!
Overall pretty decent with great location Everything pretty good except there was no hot water for over half the weekend in the entire building. This is a bit unacceptable and although after I requested a rate adjustment they did take some off, ice cold showers are not good. Breakfast was okay, but definitely nothing special. Key to this hotel is the price, especially considering the location was very good. It is very quiet, yet you are so close to MSG and a lot of other things.
