Wonderful, quick stay in a comfortable,clean room We had to visit New York City just for one night because we had an appointment the next day for administrative family business. We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn express before, and we were worried that it might have slipped in cleanliness since the last time, but the room was extremely comfortable and clean And the service and all the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient! Great location, nice bedrooms and good size bathrooms. courteous staff. Small dinning area. They only have two elevators and they get very crowded. Cleaning staff could do a better job vacuuming and cleaning mirrirs.
