L'emplacement de l'hôtel incroyable. Proche de East River et de Hudson River. À coté de Fulton station. Par contre. sur 8 nuits, ils ont fait ma chambre que 3 fois. Le premier soir que je suis arrivé, l'aspirateur n'était pas fait. Il N,y a pas de déjeuner ni salle à manger, et pourtant ils affichent le contraire. Dernière chose, ils m'ont chargé 2 fois le prix sur la facture du check out. Expédia devront faire la correction avec l'hôtel
Bag storage and the rooms a little bigger would have been nice but otherwise the staff were amazing and the location is great.
I liked that the bathroom had air conditioning. Most hotels I have stayed at don't. I don't like the fact that I am getting charges on my credit card that I did not make.
Each morning while waiting for an Uber to go to work Patrick the Holiday Inn staff member watched to ensure I was safe! Excellent customer service by the staff at this property.

Not so great This place is the smallest hotel I have ever seen. The lobby is basically a hall way and an elevator. The price is good but the room was a literal Cracker Jack box. Two of us couldn’t walk around the bed at the same time. The location isn’t that great either. It’s close to the 911 museum but that’s the only thing it has going for it. The light in the bathroom was out over the mirror, the room was dark. We had hair on our bed and in our bathroom when we checked in. I’ve stayed in about 15 different places in NYC.... read more
